One of the world’s most famous museums has a web shop. The MoMA in New York makes you go shopping design online at their MoMAstore.

Most museums have museum stores with greedy-making books, precious minerals, and posters. But MoMA has taken it one step further and she did so with style. The MoMAstore offers a range of goods similar to a compartment store. Tea pots, coffee grinders, lamps, watches, furniture, you can find anything as long as it looks cool. No crappy stuff, but stylishly designed items. Some of the price tags show, but if you click around you can find affordable things too. Some of the items are even designed for and by the MoMA in cooperation with designers, but there are some well-known brands like HAY as well. Our verdict: nice website loaded with original designs.
